The competition centre of Mikkeli-Jukola is being built fast. Even though the weather has been a bit unstable, that hasn’t bothered the builders of the competition centre, who started their work on Friday. On Saturday there were approximately 150 people helping to get things done. The building process is progressing faster than planned, because for example the saunas were planned to be built on Monday but they got finished already earlier. However, the sauna heaters are scheduled to arrive from a heater provider company Harvia on Monday, so until then we have to wait for the “test steams”.
People from Ristiina community are responsible for building the finish and changeover areas. On the background IT-manager Hannu Peltonen (right), result system manager Pekka Martikainen and finish manager Veli Kovanen.

Also the clearing points for the Emit cards are getting finished with a lot of helpers
