Norwegian Wing OK and other foreign teams dominated the first leg of Venla relay.

Wing OK’s Marte Reenaas was the first competitor in the first exchange. Her individual time 47.08 was over three minutes behind course planner’s ideal time 44 minutes.

Swedish OK Hällen was in the second place eight seconds behind Wing OK. Norwegian Halden SK was third 12 seconds behind.

The best Finnish team was Hiisirasti in the fifth place. Hiisirasti’s starter Anastasia Tihonova was 38 seconds behind Wing OK.

Last year’s winner Domnarvets GoIF was 32^nd, 1.53 behind.
