Ulricehamns OK took the lead |

The lead changed during the third leg of Venla, as Sanna Nurmi from Angelniemen Ankkuri did some mistakes and the team dropped from the lead.
Swedish teams Ulricehams OK and Domnarvets GoIF took the lead, with 7 seconds in between them.
The best Finnish team was Tampereen Pyrintö in the fifth position. Saila Kinni was four minutes behind the lead.
The margins were rather big in the third leg. Halden SK, which was in
the tenth position, was 7.04 behind the lead and Angelniemen Ankkuri
4.14 behind in the 11th position.
The leading teams, Ulrikehams’ Jenny Johansson and Domarvets’ Lena
Eliasson did co operation during the last two kilometres.“In the
beginning I was not sure whether we had the same control points. But as
we had one, I started to trust in Jenny”. The rest of the leg the
Swedish women ran close to each other, Johansson a few seconds before
Eliasson.
“This will be a good competition. I believe Emma will do a good
job” said Lena Eliasson trusting in her team.
