In the second leg Norwegian and Swedish teams arrived to change-over almost together, but the difference to the third one was already several minutes.

Mattias Karlson led his team Halde SK first to change-over after the second leg. The time for Karlsen was 1.11.51. The leading team was 6 minutes in arrears with the ideal time.

Karlson from Halden SK was satisfied with his leg.

- I did not have technical problems and orienteering was very controlled, Karlson said.

Swedish IFK Göteborg arrived 10 seconds after Halden SK. Tobias Noborn ran longtime almost together with Karlson in the second leg.

- we saw each other, but ran in silence, Noborn said. He and Karlson are one of the best night orienteering competitors.

Third was Swedish Leksands OK, over three minutes behind.

Kalevan Rasti from Joensuu was fourth after second leg.

Last year’s winner, Delta was 11th , over five minutes behind.

OK Orient who was leading after first leg was not among the 25 top teams.

The length of second leg was 12,6-12,7 kilometers. The weather was rainy and it was dark.
